"My wife and I have been with State Farm insurance for 42 years. About 5 years ago, our agent retired and we found Chuck Laubach and his staff to take over our State Farm Account. We are very impressed with Chuck and his staff. The staff is always very cordial, professional and helpful. Chuck makes himself available for in-office visits and phone conferences. His knowledge of the State Farm coverages and options is phenomenal. To be good at insurance, an agent must know more than just his company's coverages. Chuck also knows extensive details about the auto industry, home construction, roofing, financial products, tax planning and other areas that impact decisions about needed insurance coverage. He is very good at explaining what we should consider in choosing our coverage. He is never pushy, and does not over-sell. In fact, he looks for ways to help us save on insurance premiums. Recently, he found two different discount programs to help us save on car insurance. We highly recommend Chuck Laubach and his staff!"
